Mono Lake

Driving out of the Yosemite National Park, we bumped into this wonderful salty lake,
the Mono Lake, located in the Mono County, in California.
This lake has the particularity to be an unusual ecosystem based on brine shrimp, attracting
two million annual migratory birds that feed on that shrimp and build there the nests.
Appart from the biology side of this landscape, what is true is that those bluish, pinkish
mixture of colors were candies for my eyes.
